Greater collaboration among key agencies and organizations

The program director is focusing on collaboration among the caseworkers, artists, and school personnel (i.e., teachers, principal, counselors). Improving the working relationships among the parties is expected to improve program recruitment, retention, and operation. With greater attendance and better coordination of services, youth are more likely to experience positive change.
