The small sample sizes and lack of true comparison groups limit evaluators' ability to generalize the findings or attribute positive outcomes unequivocally to the arts program interventions. Nonetheless, the findings presented below for each program are encouraging and support the underlying theory that arts-based programs help contribute to reduced juvenile delinquency.
